BCMS is the first place doctors call when they need a temporary employee to fill in for an employee who is ill, on vacation, or on a leave of absence. BCMS Staffing Services will do all of the "legwork" to place you with an office that has requested your particular skill set, while also meeting your needs. Working temporary assignments allows you to gain experience in a variety of medical settings while earning a competitive wage. If your ultimate goal is to obtain a permanent postition, we will continue our search as you work on temporary assignments.
