Purpose: To assist any physician who may be impaired in any manner whatsoever because of professional or personal issues concerning that physician or his family and to take such action as may be reasonable or appropriate to offer support. All proceedings of the Committee are confidential. The Chair is appointed by the president. All other members of the committee are selected by the President based upon interest, time, and commitment. This Committee shall consist of five or more members. Meets as needed. Staff Liaison is Joan Bailey, Director of Sales/Special Events.
