Refund Policy

Any online event that was purchased can be refunded at the full purchase price. We cannot accept returns on custom online event purchases.

If you are requesting a refund or payment investigation, we strongly suggest that you call the event number listed on the bottom of the event payment form or call the main number at BCMS, 210-301-4391 or visit/write the Finance Department at the following address: 4334 N Loop 1604 W, Ste 200, San Antonio Tx 78249.
