The value

of your voice

By John K. Wisniewski

BCMS CEO/Executive Director

Earlier this year, a BCMS resolution was adopted at the state level, recommending consolidation of physician and controlled-substance licenses.

The resolution became part of our advocacy effort and was passed into legislation during session. This may seem like a minor convenience, but when staff of 47,000 TMA members each save several hours of effort, it equates to an annuity estimated at more than $1 million.
