Elections are over… Time to get ready for the 85th Legislative Session

Congratulations to all our elected officials from Bexar County who were in races last week and won their respective elections.  BCMS physicians are looking forward to the upcoming legislative session and working with the Bexar County delegation and the new members of our state representative lineup:  District 116 – Rep-elect Diana Arevalo; District 117 – Rep-elect Philip Cortez; District 118 – Rep-elect Tomas Uresti and District 120 – Rep-elect Barbara Gervin-Hawkins.

MACRA SEMINAR

 

Final rules on MACRA have been published and will go into effect January 1, 2017.

Your Options

1. Stick to the status quo. Receive future penalties for avoiding MIPs.

2. Make an uniformed decision now and hope for the best.

3. Attend TMA’s MACRA Seminar. Learn what is changing under MACRA and how to prepare.
