              BUSY MEETING wITh ELECTED OFFICIALS

     The BCMS Legislative and Socioeconomics Committee continues its work to prepare for the upcoming legislative session in January
  and recently met with State Representative-elect Diana Arevalo (District 116) to update her on the latest issues of importance to med-
  icine, including balance billing, scope of practice, network adequacy, Medicaid and access to care.
